This individual income tax credit is available for contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations that provide immediate basic needs to residents of Arizona who receive temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) benefits, are low income residents of Arizona, or are individuals who have a chronic illness or physical disability. Yes, they are separate and you are allowed to take advantage of both.
*A donation to Confidence Kits, Inc. does not compete with
school or foster care tax credits that you may also be eligible for.
You may still further reduce your AZ tax liability with a QCFO (Foster) donation.
